Traveling as Couple
This hotel is old. The room itself looked like it hadn't been renovated in about fifty years. There were also ants crawling all over our room. I would not stay there again. However, it has a nice pool, beach front access, and friendly staff. Otherwise I don't advise staying there. ...read more

Elevators didn't work all the time, maid service was inconsistant with supplies, loud people in rooms and running hallways, pool too crowded... poor location on the water... beach-sand front was soooooooo small/short... room ocean view was poor.... ...read more

It was good for what we needed. I travelled with 3 young children. It was off the Boardwalk and many other families were staying there. If you are looking for hustle and buslte of the beach, this is not the right place. The hotel was right on the beach ( Bay side). Not crowded which was good for us. ...read more

This hotel was exactly what we wanted! The pool was never overcrowded and had a view of the beach, our balcony was a partial view, and you could still see plenty of ocean/beach. The staff was very helpful, our remote didn't work so they immediately brought us a new one and tested it before they left. The suite is spacious and comfortable. The only complaint is that the wall really are PAPER thin, and you can hear every footstep go by since they beds are right near the door. Our room was beside the elevators so it added extra noise, but that is the only negative thing about the hotel! ...read more

The registration staff was great. We got a room that smelled terribly of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor. I understand people don't always follow the rules. They gave us a different room right away with a better smell and a better view. They even offered to bring the new room key to us rather than us going back to the front desk.
